We're dedicated to crafting compelling stories that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.Position OverviewJob DutiesLead and execute content capture sessions, ensuring high-quality footage is obtained to meet creative briefs and project requirements.Edit video content for a variety of platforms and purposes, including social media, website, and advertising campaigns, ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each channel.Create basic motion graphics for use in lyric videos, commercials, and other promotional materials, adding a dynamic layer to our video content offerings.Collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and external partners to conceptualize and execute video projects from inception to completion.Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement in our video production process.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in video production and motion graphics, recommending tools and techniques to enhance our offerings.Strong portfolio showcasing skills in video production, editing, and motion graphics.Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools & plug-ins (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Motion VFX, etc).Exceptional visual storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing and editing compelling video content.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with team members and clients alike.Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, Social Media, or a related field preferred.2+ years of professional experience in video production, preferably within a creative agency or related industry.Other Notes:This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Director of Operations.
