Video Production Internship - Summer 2025 - Aeg : Job Details

Capital Credit Union Park, home to the 2023 Northwoods League Champion Green Bay Rockers, are looking for the next Rockstar. The Green Bay Rockers are seeking an individual to assist in producing a 4-camera webcast for each of their 36 home games. This individual will help manage camera operators. This intern will work to not only ensure a quality broadcast of the game, but also ensure sponsorships are fulfilled for commercial breaks.Capital Credit Union Park opened on May 31st, 2019 and has hosts over 400 events each year. The playing surface is completely artificial turf, providing the versatility to host multiple events on the same day. While the playing surface is being used, groups are also able to host indoor events year-round in the TDS Club that overlooks the facility.Capital Credit Union Park sits just a mile from historic Lambeau Field.Responsibilities Include:

• Assist or help manage camera operators and developing a schedule so that each of the 36 home games are covered with three camera operators at each game
• Operate a switcher and four-camera set-up to broadcast each home game online at NorthwoodsLeague.TV
• Work with Marketing Department to create short videos that can be used online to promote the fan experience at games. Examples include video spoofs, mascots doing crazy things, etc...
• Assist in the production of the team poster and team baseball cards
• Assist in taking player head shots, and uploading these pictures to the website
• Assist with production of The Show (Co2 cannons, concert lights, band set up)
• Work all 36 Rockers games plus playoffs, in addition to 10 special events

Required Skills:

• Previous experience with Final Cut Pro or iMovie on a MacBook isn't required, but is a skill you will need to learn.Previous experience in either of these will improve your standing (a sample of video editing may be asked for)
• Must be a creative thinker with the ability to think of new, fun ideas to improve the fan experience through video
• Creative mind set with the ability to think quickly
• Excellent communication skill
• Upbeat and fun personality
• Commitment to working all 36 Rocker games and additional 10 - 15 events.

Internship Program

• Internship program runs from May 12th through August 15th 2025
• Interns will receive a bi-weekly stipend
• Receive certification in CPR/AED and First Aid
• Interns will participate in a bi-weekly career development class
• Interns must be in a college program related to field
• Interns will be required to find their own housing
• Post internship follow up and career guidance
