Apply now!ResponsibilitiesCreate visually appealing displays to showcase products and attract customersCollaborate with store management to develop and implement merchandising strategiesArrange and organize merchandise according to brand guidelines and seasonal themesEnsure that all displays are clean, well-maintained, and properly stockedMonitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needsStay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into visual displaysCollaborate with sales team to ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and labeledTrain and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniquesCreate and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.Ensure the strategy is in line with the store's brand, products, and target market.Source props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.Install and set up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays.Change displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.Monitor costs and work within a budget.QualificationsPrevious experience in merchandising is preferredUnderstanding best practices in customer service and salesWorking knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practicesStrong communication skills and willingness to work well with supervisor and coworkers in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred, but not required
