Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThis position directs the Vocational (Supported Employment) program in accordance with all agency, legal, regulatory, accreditation and Evidence Based Practice standards. It includes supervising Vocational program staff, monitoring and evaluating program performance, providing direct services as needed, and participating on CCI's Leadership Team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Direct the Vocational Program, ensuring provision of employment services to individuals, including but not limited to job skills training, job development and placement, job coaching and assistance with maintaining employment.
  • Ensure that all Vocational consumers obtain quality services that are guided by their goals and desires.
  • Supervise Vocational Program staff, ensuring staff accountability for job performance.
  • Review and approve service notes in accordance with agency protocol, in compliance with ethical, regulatory, and agency guidelines.
  • Develop and evaluate the Vocational program's effectiveness, efficiency, consumer satisfaction, and accessibility measures.
  • Ensure that the Vocational program operates in conformance with all agency policies and procedures, legal, regulatory, accreditation and Evidence Based Practice standards.
  • Market program to potential employers and referral sources and develop positive partnerships with the business and human service communities.
  • Meet agency productivity measures specific to the position.
  • Promote Person-Centered Resiliency and Recovery in all activities and interactions.
  • Process referrals, perform initial assessments, and initiate intake.
  • Review and approve daily service notes and generate billing reports.
  • Review monthly service notes and forward to DORS. Participate in the hiring, orientation and training of Vocational staff.
  • Develop and maintain community resources and interagency relationships Ensure all program records are in compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Operate the assigned program within the given financial guidelines.
  • Participate in and coordinate licensing, accreditation and fidelity processes.
  • Process and investigate Incident Reports. Participate on CCI's Leadership Team.
  • Drive &/or transport consumers in agency/own vehicle as necessary. Assume responsibility for a healthy and safe environment.
RequirementsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Prefer BA/BS in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation or related field. Positively referenced experience in Vocational Services is a plus.
