Job Type Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician with a specialization in Volkswagen vehicles to join our team. As a Volkswagen Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Volkswagen vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and safety standards. Requirements• Conduct thorough inspections of Volkswagen vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, according to Volkswagen specifications. • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, and HVAC systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment. • Perform software updates and programming for Volkswagen vehicles as required. • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on Volkswagen vehicles. • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain diagnoses and recommended repairs. • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while working on Volkswagen vehicles. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician specializing in Volkswagen vehicles. • Strong knowledge of Volkswagen vehicle systems, components, and diagnostic procedures. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, such as ODIS, VCDS, and VAS. • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics to diagnose and repair Volkswagen vehicles. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members. Salary Description $25.00 to $35.00 per Flat rate hour
