What We Are Looking For: The National Volleyball BDR will be recognized as a premier volleyball professional within Capelli Sport, specializing in the management of medium, large, and enterprise-level volleyball clubs that partner with Capelli Sport for uniforms, apparel, and equipment. In the capacity of National Volleyball BDR, you will be instrumental in fostering Capelli Sports growth within the club volleyball sector. Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships with club volleyball organizations, coaches, and key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for volleyball, exceptional communication and sales abilities, and a demonstrated history of meeting objectives. This individual will report directly to the VP of Team and collaborate with Sales Executives, marketing, merchandising, and essential internal business leaders at Capelli Sport to facilitate account acquisition at all stages, from initial outreach to multi-year agreements. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated, and resilient professional with outstanding communication skills and a strong desire to generate revenue through new customer acquisitions and the expansion of existing partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Business Development: Identify and target club volleyball organizations for potential partnerships. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand the company's presence in the club volleyball market. Update and provide ongoing input into CRM regarding pipeline status of new customers, achievement against plan, win/loss ratio, and other essential business information. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with club volleyball directors, owners, administrators, and key decision-makers. Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs that align with Capelli Sports. Ensure the terms and conditions of agreements are being met. 3. Growth Quotas: Meet and exceed growth quotas by effectively managing the club volleyball opportunities from prospecting to closing deals. Track and report progress regularly, providing insights into market trends and opportunities. Partner with Sales Executives to manage club partnerships and assess growth opportunities. About You: You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college You have experience with project management You have the ability to collaborate with other team members You have an attention to detail and keep organized You have experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce You have a track record of driving results You're hardworking and goal-oriented You have a tireless positive attitude You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures You love getting to know new people and helping them improve their product/services.
