VP, Asset Management - Genuine Search Group : Job Details

Our client is a NYC real estate developer/investor and they are looking for a VP of Asset Management as a key addition to their asset management team. This individual will help with strategic initiatives for the portfolio as a whole. Their portfolio consists of industrial, life science, multi-family, retail/mixed-use and is valued at $10bn+ aum with several large additions to their portfolio coming this year.

Responsibilities:

• Track asset performance and create monthly financial reports for each asset
• Create business plans annually for each asset and lead the budgeting process.
• Review asset valuations and recommend strategies to improve portfolio value every quarter
• Own P&L for assigned assets while working closely with leasing, property management, construction, and accounting teams.

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in commercial asset management

Strong experience with financial modeling/analysis using Excel and ARGUS.

On-site (4x a week)working requirement (office is in Manhattan)
