Your Opportunity
Ohana's Real Estate Private Equity Investments Team is lean and growing quickly, and is looking to hire a Vice President of Credit to join the team. As a senior member of the team, this candidate will lead origination, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing, as well as post-closing monitoring of structured credit transactions across Ohana's credit strategy.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and grow with the firm, and holds a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Six-plus years of relevant work experience is preferred. This position will report to the Head of Credit and will be based in the New York City office.

Salary range is $175,000 - $225,000, plus discretionary bonus.
