Responsibilities
Support bank-wide coordination of the RCSA process in close collaboration with FLUs to ensure consistency with sound risk management standards and internal policy and proceduresExecute the following operational risk management activities: Risk and controls assessment, Process library management, Risk and controls taxonomy, Controls testing, Issues management, Risk analyticsMaintain all associated process documentation (managed by FLUs), risk taxonomies, policies and proceduresExecute testing programs and QA all associated documentationEnsure the effective implementation of the Branch's operational risk programs through training, awareness and monitoringPromote sound operational risk culture across the Branch by supporting and providing oversight to the first line of defense through various operational risk management programsReview and challenge risk assessments conducted by both FLUs and IRMEnsure a timely and efficient remediation plan is developed for operational risk management framework issues, and oversee the implementation of rectificationSupport all ad hoc tasks as they ariseSeniority level
