The Vice President of Operations provides strategic and tactical operational leadership for the accounts and ensures the highest level of client and guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. The Vice President, Operations accepts and retains full accountability for the business performance against targets and ensures continuous improvement in all areas.
This position can be based in Los Angeles or New York City and will support accounts across the US.

Develops high-performing management teams through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management. Prioritizes the growth and development of employees, focusing on building a robust leadership pipeline.
Business EffectivenessDrives business performance by aligning operations with company standards and metrics, including guest/client satisfaction, employee engagement, profitability, and safety. Guides units in achieving business objectives and adapting to market conditions with effective sales-building strategies.
Explores innovative approaches to improve revenue and profitability, ensuring appropriate investment and returns. Maintains a deep understanding of food and beverage standards, championing program growth and staying ahead of industry trends.
Oversees the maintenance of company assets and ensures compliance with public health, sanitation, and safety standards. Manages financial reporting, budgeting, and asset security, ensuring efficient resource utilization and accountability.
