The Vice President of Product Management, Commerce Media, will lead PubMatic's product efforts for our portfolio of Commerce and Retail Media products. As head of product for Commerce, this person will drive product strategy and ensure strong execution across the product portfolio. Commerce Media is a fast-growing platform in PubMatic's omni-channel portfolio and thus, this role provides an experienced product leader with the opportunity to have an enormous impact and accelerate business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of demonstrated success in building and taking to market Commerce or Retail Media products and a full grasp of the Commerce and Retail Media advertising space and its evolution over the last 5 years. They will understand programmatic advertising from both the buy and sell side, including what motivates buyers and sellers of Commerce advertising with respect to technology decision making. They will have a full spectrum of product management and product leadership skills. This includes defining vision, setting product strategy, managing a team for high performance, evangelizing their products, assessing competition, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and marketing to drive the successful delivery and adoption of their platform.
Responsibilities:As a senior member of the product management team, you will be responsible for product vision, product strategy, and execution of your product portfolio.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Compensation Range: $230,000 - $270,000. In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units and a competitive benefits package.
