AI/ML VP Product Manager Role: We are seeking an innovative AI/ML Product Manager to join a growing team embarking on a period of data transformation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive product innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences within the insurance industry. Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision for AI/ML-powered insurance solutions, aligning with the company's overall strategic goals.
• Model Selection and Implementation: Identify and evaluate suitable AI/ML models for specific use cases within the insurance industry. Including some use of LLMs for Generative AI functionality.
• Product Development: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to develop and launch new AI/ML-powered products.
• Ethical Considerations: Ensure that AI/ML applications adhere to ethical guidelines and mitigate potential biases.
• Real-Time Analytics: Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• A strong background in product management and experience within the Insurance industry are not required; however, experience of deploying systems at scale is essential.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams..
• Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
