Not your average office job. Office orchestrator wanted. Uline is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team as we launch our Ohio Branch. Support management and office operations at the brand-new warehouse in Etna!

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for management including daily reporting and correspondences.

  • Run reports, queries and prepare presentations.

  • Order office supplies as needed.

  • Maintain positive vendor relations.

  • Plan and prepare events for branch and corporate visitors.

  • Handle special project requests when needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years administrative / receptionist experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.

  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
