Apply now to become a key player in our team's success!salary: $59,000 - $85,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations in the warehouse and factory, ensuring streamlined workflow, effective inventory control, and adherence to safety protocols. •Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution to ensure product quality and timely delivery. •Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime. •Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity and maintain a safe work environment. •Serve as the primary on-site contact for employee questions and concerns, addressing local HR matters such as attendance, performance feedback, and minor conflict resolution Report to senior management on operational metrics and employee feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement. •Implement process enhancements to support continuous improvement in both operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or factory operations management. •Proven leadership abilities, with experience in employee relations or basic HR support. •knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and safety regulations. •Familiarity with HR processes and ability to collaborate effectively with remote HR teams. •Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
