Job Details for Hiring Immediately Warehouse and Production Labor:

• Pay Rate: $16 - $19 or MORE per hour based on experience and shift + frequent performance raises + overtime available!

• Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit

• 1stShift variations
  • 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday
  • 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
  • 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

• 2ndShift variations:
  • 1pm-9:30pm Monday-Friday
  • 2pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
  • Part Time 4:30pm-9:30pm Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities & Description for Hiring Immediately Warehouse and Production Laborer:

• Receiving - unloading trucks, sorting, stocking, replenishing
• Picking and Packing
• Loading and offloading production machinery such as ovens and dryers
• Sorting and inspecting items on conveyor line
• Some positions operate PIT equipment: various forklifts including order picker lift and reach truck
• Regular lifting of 10-15 lbs, occasional lifting up to 55lbs

Job Requirements for Hiring Immediately Warehouse and Production Laborer:

• For safety reasons - must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• 1+ year of experience in a Warehouse, Manufacturing, or physical labor setting
• Good employment record: MUST have been employed for 1 full year in a recent job with good attendance record
• Reliable transportation required - this job is not bus-accessible
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs manually
• This position is a great fit for those who have previously worked at Woodstream, Conestoga Wood, Meridian, Kalas Manufacturing, Sechan Electronics, Bayer, and Case New Holland
