Job descriptionJob Description:Warehouse AssociateMonday to Friday 6am-2: 30 pmAs a Warehouse Associate at our garage door manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely fulfillment of orders. Your primary responsibilities will include following instructions, handling job orders, allocating items, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lift up to 40lbs, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.Key Responsibilities:Follow Instructions: Execute tasks as per instructions provided by supervisors or through job orders.Inventory Management: Assist in the management of warehouse inventory by accurately recording stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and updating inventory databases.Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures and deadlines.Item Allocation: Allocate items to production lines or outbound shipments based on priority and demand.Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourPayment frequency:Paid weeklySchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday
