Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately Pick and Pack orders for shipment
Accurately process kitting operation
Accurately replenish overstock locations with newly received product
Accurately replenish picking locations
Accurately process Returns
Capture serial numbers of scrapped units
Stage and process transfers to other Bosch and vendor facilities
Shrink wrap and properly label truck orders
Maintain accurate inventory by correctly logging 100% of all inventory moves
Execute VAS (Value Added Services) i.e. insert surveys, retail stickers, special customer instructions, and others as necessary to prepare product for stocking/shipping
Assist with container unloading
Work with supervisor to ensure daily priorities are being met
Perform end of day duties which include cleaning work area, sweeping and emptying garbage, general housekeeping, securing dumpsters, turning off all computers, locking all windows and doors, turning of all lights, etc
Perform other duties as requested and required. Provide back up for other positions when required
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma
1+ Years of Warehouse Experience
Must be forklift certified or able to become forklift certified
Strong verbal communication skills
General computer skills to include data entry and use of email (Microsoft Outlook)
Detail-oriented and able to make independent, appropriate decisions
Motivated to learn and continuously improve and adapt work processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team environment
Self-starter, motivated
Proven strong attendance record
Preferred Qualifications:
Small Parts Experience
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Work Environment:
100% of the time active standing, walking, moving inventory items, etc.
Able to lift up to 80 pounds
Lifting throughout the day
Safety Shoes required
May be required to work overtime on an occasional and possibly short notice basis
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Daily 30 minute unpaid lunch break along with two daily 15 minute paid rest breaks provided.
Occasional evenings and/or weekends are required.

Salary Range:
The U.S. base hourly range for this full-time position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr . Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
