Warehouse Associate- 2nd shift 3:30pm-12am - Daikin : Job Details

The duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Loading/Unloading of trailers and smaller straight trucks using either a forklift, hand truck or pallet jack
• Picking orders with attention to detail using an RF Scanner
• Receiving and put away of stock many varieties; (Totes, Boxes, Pallets, Tubing)
• Inspect shipments for proper quantity and damaged products.
• Sign off on manifests, ensuring any irregularities such as overage, shortages or damages (referred to as OS&D)
• Keeping dock and warehouse surroundings clean.
• Maintaining a positive attitude for customers and co-workers on the dock
• Wearing all required PPE while working in the warehouse.
  • Gloves when necessary
  • Boots at all times (no sneakers or open toed shoes)
  • Seatbelt while operating any sit-down forklift
  • Harness while operating a stand up order picker
• Observe all company rules, policies and procedures with regards to quality control, and safety.
• Perform general warehouse activities and other duties assigned by your supervisor
