JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Warehouse Associate - Second ShiftSUPERVISOR: Warehouse Supervisor DIRECT REPORTS: None LOCATION: 1440 N 6th St., Reading, PA 19601PAY RATE: $23.97 hourly (this includes $0.25 shift differential)GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:The Warehouse Associate position requires dependability and efficiency. The position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and with a team. The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping inventory. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick customer orders
• Receive incoming freight
• Retrieve and enter information into company ERP computer software
• Assist customers
• Perform assigned warehouse work
• Make safety a priority at all times
• Communicate with Operations as needed
• Adhere to company rules and regulations

MNIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Able to operate electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs. at a time
• Ability to lift to up to 50 lbs. at a time
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
• Able to maintain composure when dealing with stressful situations
