With the opportunity of serving guests nearly 365 days a year, Legends has created a culture of a fun, high-energy retail environment.THE ROLEThe Warehouse Associate will receive, sort, load and unload products to support the operation and perform various warehouse activities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProcess products accurately and efficientlyExecute ticket processes according to company compliance standardsAdhere to all security, control and safety procedures established by the organizationReview orders for accuracyIdentify quality control issuesComply with warehouse regulations and standards in the daily movement of productsMaintain supply and equipment storage areasAttend and participate in staff meetings as requiredTrain new associates as requiredAssist with bin location maintenance and orderingAssist in cycle count proceduresAssist with proper rotation and/or condemn processesComplete other duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree or previous experience in a warehouse environment requiredAble to stand and walk for extended periodsAble to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlAble to handle, feel and/or reachAble to effectively communicate with teammates and management including the ability to receive and deliver detailed instructionAble to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsAble to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessaryReliable and dependableAbility to work all major events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidaysPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety trainingWORKING CONDITIONSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
