We build, renovate, and upgrade, as well as service, maintain, and operate facilities for a full spectrum of clients.Job Title: Warehouse Associate / DriverJob Summary: Tucker Mechanical, Inc. is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the position of Warehouse Associate / Driver to support our Rocky Hill, CT office. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day logistic operations of Tucker Mechanical.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily deliveries of parts, material, and equipment to jobsites
• Regular coordination/transfers between Rocky Hill Office and Plainville Distribution Center
• Refrigerant management, coordination, storage, inventory, etc
• Maintain, track, and secure tool inventory
• Shipping/receiving of parts, material, equipment, etc.
• Returning of unused parts and equipment for jobs
• Execute tool lists for delivery to various job sites
• Organizing of tools and equipment, including safety equipment in the warehouse
• Perform general warehouse duties
• Care and maintenance of assigned company vehicle
• General cleanup of the work areas including the warehouse
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks of tools, material and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist office management and personnel with miscellaneous tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• 1 to 3 years' experience as a driver (preferred)
• Valid Driver's license
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record at time of hire and continuously throughout employment and meets all fleet requirements
• Class B license preferred but not required
• Must demonstrate commitment to company safety policies
• Must demonstrate commitment to company values
• EPA Refrigerant Certification
• Strong decision making skills and ability to multitask is critical
• High sense of urgency
• English language reading and writing proficiency
• Team player
• Punctuality
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Neat in appearance
• Good attitude
• Professionalism a must
