Consider this role as a Tool Room attendant when recruiting candidates. This associate will be working onsite at ***'s client Howmet Aerospace! High level of customer service/facing experience is a must. Must have: Attention to detail Accountability Professionalism (Friendly disposition) 1-2 years of computer experience, Outlook email, excel 1 year customer service Position is for a material handler supporting 29 vending machines in a manufacturing environment. They would be responsible for restocking all the tools in the vending machines daily. Duties include receiving package, cycle counting, stocking, maintenance and light clerical work such as issuing orders, sending out emails to expedite orders/requesting status on orders with suppliers. Material handler will be responsible for spot buy receiving and delivery of products to the receiving department. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Associate will manage VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) counts. Wear appropriate PPE determined by the customer such as steel toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves and ear plugs. Manager is looking for at least 1-2 years of longevity in previous work history. Qualifications: A background in warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, and inventory is preferred. Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it. Attention to detail, fast learner and have administrative work experience. 1-2 years of computer experience, Outlook email, excel 1 year customer service Manual lifting up to 40 lbs-may be one time a week. Standing, bending twisting, pulling through out the 8 hour shift. No PIT equipment or Forklift work. Responsibilities: Put away products into vending machines. Receive, verify, and stock all incoming material. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
