Competitive Wages: We value your hard work & dedication.Summary: The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for various general labor tasks, including wrapping, bracing, sweeping, and other related duties. This role does not involve operating powered industrial trucks or other powered equipment.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Rotating products according to the customer's requirements
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of prepping supplies and promptly notify management when items need replenishing. Ensure all supplies are stored in their designated areas.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, or repacking as needed
  • Accurately pick and assemble orders for shipment
  • Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify warehouse leadership immediately.
  • General cleaning: maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Complete required records, reports, and daily paperwork
  • Including other duties assigned
What You Need: A. Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. B. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience. C. Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English.
  • Basic math, counting, and computer abilities.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative, self-starter, reliability, follow-thru, and teamwork skills.
  • Be able to use RF scan guns, tablets, and warehouse management system technology aptitude required.
  • Experience with similar devices and processes preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand, sit, squat, crawl, bend, twist and/or kneel for up to 12-hour periods and repetitively.
  • Capability to navigate through narrow, confined spaces.
  • Work near or on top of sloping, uneven and/or slippery surfaces.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures: heat, cold, wet, damp, drafty.
  • Possible exposure to areas with high noise levels that may require hearing protection.
  • Use hands and fingers to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights.
  • Utilize muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
