Warehouse Associate

* Accurately and efficiently selects correct merchandise to fill customer orders.

* Use RF scan guns to verify and check on locations and to enter data.

* Completes paperwork, as necessary.

* Picks, packs, and ships efficiently.

* Maintains clean work areas.

* Follows company safety policies and procedures.

* Unloads containers by hand and safely.

* Informs distribution leadership of safety hazards or problem situations.

* Keeps up with required metrics for departments assigned to work.

* Support other job assignments as needed for box making, re-work, returns, stock or as directed by Distribution leadership.

* Other job duties as assigned.

Required Experience **ATTENDANCE****:**

* Regular attendance is an expectation of performance to ensure adequate staffing and meet expected productivity throughout the organization; employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.

* Will be required to work overtime as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS****:**

* Ability to read, write and perform basic math.

* Must have legible handwriting.

* Understand and worked on metrics based performance.

* Preferred RF scan gun experience.

* Ability to lift between 35-50lbs as needed.

* Able to stand on cement floors for long periods of time.

* Ability to climb stairs.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

* Distribution/warehouse environment that is not controlled with heat or air conditioning

* Pressure to meet deadlines.

* Must be able to work overtime as needed and last minute.
