Warehouse Associate - DOCUMATION : Job Details

Position: Warehouse Associate Department: Warehouse Reports to: Field Service Manager Salary Grade: DOE FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt Location: DFW - Arlington Description: We are looking for a dedicated and diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team at our DFW - Arlington location. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver toner to customers.
• Collect and maintain accurate records of meter readings for our customer's when needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Regularly conduct physical inventory counts and update records to reflect accurate stock quantities. Collaborate with the inventory team to reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement and sustain a systematic shelving and storage system for easy retrieval of items. Ensure products are correctly labeled, and bins are properly identified.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring the warehouse is free from safety hazards. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist in the shipping and receiving processes, including packaging, labeling, and inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Assist in loading and unloading our delivery trucks.

Education & Certification:

• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to Lift 75 lbs.
