About the role

It is the responsibility of the warehouse associate to be proficient in inventory management, order pulling, packing, delivering, and shipping products to join our expanding team. This position will involve maintaining all warehouse duties. The candidate must be able to work in various climate conditions. This position reports directly to the division manager.

Responsibilities

· Receiving and managing products in the warehouse. This includes scanning and uploading all required documents into our ERP system.

· Deliver products to customers using company vehicle.

· Preparing product to ship via third party.

· Maintain and operate a sit-down forklift and warehouse delivery vehicle.

· Provide high level customer service when interacting with customers.

· Sort, organize, and manage accurate inventory in proper locations.

· Package and label all items correctly.

· Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors immediately.

· Offload inventory from truck deliveries.

· Keep warehouse premises neat and clean.

· Purge 5-year files per direction from division manager.

· Additional duties may be assigned by the division manager at any time.
