Job Description, outline of duties, and expectations of WarehouseDescription: Physical processing of all inventory, receiving, stocking, transferring & organizing. Outline ofDuties:
  • Stocking shelves from back stock in warehouse
  • Complete transfers of merchandise, sort andplace items on racks, or bin location that is assigned.
  • Completeall stocking in a timely manner to ensure production workflow.
  • Processingoutgoing freight shipments
  • Unloadingtrucks for freight shipments
  • Receiving & Processing incoming shipments, matchingpurchase orders to physical product, labeling accurately using ERP anddistributing as needed once received.
  • Assign bin locations where none are presentor reassignment where necessary.
  • Assistin counting of physical inventory and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment bykeeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop dailywhen needed.
  • Organizewarehouse and receiving work area for lean practices at all times, includingcardboard destruction.
  • Notify supervisor of any low quantityresources and supplies needed for production of department.
  • Quality check every item that comes through department.
  • Communicateand cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.

  • Good organizational andtime management skills
  • Abideby all company safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Thisposition requires accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
  • Abilityto lift heavy objects; regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs, team liftand/or move objects weighing more than 100lbs.
  • Abilityto stand for long period of time, climb up ladder.
  • Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack andother warehouse equipment.
  • Intermediatecomputer literacy
  • Forkliftexperience - unable to operate forklift until certified by Golfballs.com.
  • Keep all work areas clean.
  • Bepunctual for your shift.
  • Knowyour surroundings and flow of department for best safety practices.
  • Meetgoals/tasks assigned within the department.
  • Payattention to detail.

  • Punch in and out dailyincluding punching out for one-half hour lunch.
  • No personal devices, earbuds,texting or calls allowed on floor except for emergencies.
  • Attends work as scheduledby manager.
  • Check work scheduleweekly communicating availability with manager in a timely manner prior toscheduling.
  • Make arrangements with acoworker to cover your shift when unable to work your shift as scheduled.
  • Provide manager with atleast an hour notice when not able to attend work as scheduled informing yourmanager of the arrangements made for coverage.
  • Make requests for timeoff in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to functionwithin a team working environment.
  • Dispose of garbage dailyaccording to company policies
  • Able to work weekends ifneeded to meet company goals.
