Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse AssociatePosition Type: Full timeHourly Rate: $19.00Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (10-hour shifts)Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is a Temp to Perm role with an initial period of 90 days. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Safely and efficiently load, unload, move, and store materials.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control by accurately recording materials received and distributed.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe manner.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials for damage and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Ability to operate warehouse equipment; basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Team Player: Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
