Key Responsibilities:
- Move and stage palletized freight throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks.
- May be required to use a computer to monitor and respond to customer communication regarding ETAs, inbound updates, etc.
- Use Stand up and sit-down forklifts and/or pallet jacks to unload/load trucks and trailers. Move and stage freight within the warehouse.
- Use scanners to scan and log freight for accuracy.
- Stacking Pallets with boxed freight and wrapping in plastic to secure freight when necessary.
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines.

What does it take to work for Pace?
- Must have previous forklift experience.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
- Strong customer service skills, to include building new relationships and growing current ones.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Some tasks may require the ability to perceive and discern sounds and visual cues or signals.
- Ability to communicate orally.
