Power-Flo Technologies Buffalo is now hiring a warehouse associate/backup driver!This is a full-time, Monday - Friday opportunity. 7:30 AM - 4 PM.Salary Range: $16 - $20/hour + BenefitsBenefits:Health, Dental and Vision benefitsOvertime OpportunitiesPTO ProgramPaid Holidays401KWarehouse Associate Key Responsibilities :Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, organizing etc.Pull and stage orders for shipmentOrganize InventoryMaintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles (to act as the back up driver on an as needed basis)Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehiclePlan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the dayObey all traffic laws and parking regulationsSafely and efficiently pick up and deliver ordersWarehouse Associate Requirements :2+ years of warehouse experience requiredCurrent, valid NYS driver's license (7 years clean driving record) to operate company vehiclesAbility to obtain & maintain DOT certificationAbility to follow processes, procedures, and policiesAbility to work well both independently and on a team and be willing to learnAbility to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsBox Truck experience (16-18 ft) and Flatbed truck experience is a plus. No CDL required.Forklift experience a plusWarehouse Associate Physical Requirements :Ability to stand for up to 8 HoursAbility to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 poundsAbility to work on elevated platformsAbility to climb laddersThis position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reachingYou may be exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot and cold conditionsGood hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machineryWe are an equal opportunity employer.
