Warehouse Associate - Manpower Group : Job Details

Warehouse AssociatePayrate: $18-$20/hr

Location: Fargo, ND Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Optional OT on Saturdays)

You'll work alongside a top-notch management team that understands the transportation industry and is committed to your success.

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders to sales orders.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for both employee and customer traffic.
• Complete your work safely by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers to ensure timely deliveries; validate all load data for accounting purposes.
• Monitor daily pickups and deliveries, verifying that loads arrive on time and in good condition.

Basic Qualifications:

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends due to varying freight volumes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Familiarity with using handheld scanners.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to follow instructions provided in written, verbal, or diagram form.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds.
• Capability to load and unload trucks efficiently.
