Warehouse Associate - Elemental Concepts : Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments.Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.Perform inventory counts and assist with restocking as needed.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [weight] lbs) and stand for long periods.Basic math skills and attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
