Essential Job Functions:

• Transport needed parts from main shop and Sprinter shop warehouses.
• Notify appropriate parties when special order parts arrive.
• Update and locate parts bin locations for new parts.
• Maintain up-to-date parts inventory count sheets.
• Return parts as needed and remove from inventory after credit is received.
• Return cores, damaged/mis-packaged parts to manufacturer.
• Assist in bi-monthly parts returns.
• Keep parts area clean and uncluttered.
• Assist in the scrapping and returning of warranty parts.
• Assist in pulling and shipping of all orders.
• Proactively communicate potential issues with Management and other department employees in order to provide the best possible customer experience and ensure that we fix cars right the first time.
• Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Parts Department Team. This is an entry-level position and could be the start of a new career in the Luxury Automotive Industry.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Prior to being employed, applicants for employment must participate in RBM's normal screening process which includes: completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit and driving records checks (where applicable); in-person interviews and other inquiries.
• High school diploma or the equivalent and authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
• All applicants must have a current and valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and must be insurable.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills and basic mathematical skills using American units of measure.
• Physical demands include: constantly position body and move in order to handle packages, inventory, and complete job duties; drive golf cart or parts delivery vehicles, detect and identify safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 100lbs occasionally, 65lbs frequently, 25lbs constantly); operate tools and equipment; repetitive motion. Work is conducted inside, outside, and in a shop environment in proximity to moving vehicles, mechanical equipment, with exposure to chemicals, and moderate to loud noise levels.
