POSITION PURPOSE
The position of Warehouse Associate is critical to ensure the production teams have all materials they need on a daily basis and to ensure accurate inventory at their assigned facility.
DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehousing (40%)
- Ensure all items received into the warehouse are accurately accounted for with no damage caused by handling
- Receive deliveries in a timely manner
- Assist in pulling accurate materials per the job sheets and builder-specific requirements
- Conduct inventory reconciliation as required, ensuring accurate counts of all inventory items
- Keep all returned materials organized
- Accurately complete/submit all necessary paperwork
General Duties (30%)
- Conduct all warehouse and delivery activities in a safe and responsible manner
- Ensure all warehouse and inventory storage areas are kept clean and organized
- Perform additional tasks as required by the operations teams

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be able to do the following activities for most of the work day: stand, walk, use hands or fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, see, talk and hear.
- Must be able to climb or balance regularly.
- Near constant lifting or carrying of items of various weight, typically up to 10 pounds most of the day. Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds on occasion.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials.
- Primarily a physical position performing some strenuous daily activities of a physical nature
- Minimum travel
