Warehouse Associate

Location: Onsite in Lexington, KY

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.

Training is 4 to 8 weeks, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Description

We are seeking a responsible individual to maintain and manage the storage of documents in our company warehouse. Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Transporting documents : Manually move boxes of documents from the production floor to the warehouse daily.

• Document rotation : Ensure boxes are organized by date, with outdated documents disposed of properly according to item type and rotation schedule.

• Recycling empty boxes : Clean out outdated information from empty boxes and return them to the production floor for recycling.

• Document retrieval : Assist with pulling documents from specific boxes for rescanning and reprocessing.

Skills and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

• Computer skills, to include Office Suite

• Ability to work independently.

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license (No CDL required but must be able to drive a small box truck and/or cargo van).

• Ability to lift 35+ lbs. regularly and use a ladder.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Able to stand for long period of times.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.00 per hour.
