Warehouse Associate - Paper Roll Products : Job Details

Who you are and what you'll do: You have a great attention to detail and like to be up moving around. You are able to work well both independently and with a team. You will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and company success through timely, accurate shipments and you'll work with the warehouse team on maintaining accurate counts and smooth operations. Responsibilities

• Pack and ship parcel and pallet orders
• Receive inbound shipments and returns
• Organize, stock, and restock inventory
• Participate in routine inventory counts and tracking
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales team, and vendors to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer issues with shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• At least one year of warehouse job experience
• Forklift certification
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
