Who you are and what you'll do: You have a great attention to detail and like to be up moving around. You are able to work well both independently and with a team. You will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and company success through timely, accurate shipments and you'll work with the warehouse team on maintaining accurate counts and smooth operations. Responsibilities
- Pack and ship parcel and pallet orders
- Receive inbound shipments and returns
- Organize, stock, and restock inventory
- Participate in routine inventory counts and tracking
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales team, and vendors to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer issues with shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- At least one year of warehouse job experience
- Forklift certification
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
