Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and dependable Warehouse Associate to support our parcel operations. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining a well-organized warehouse, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Unloading: Safely unload shipments, inspect packages for damage or discrepancies, and register them in the system.
• Sorting and Storage: Organize incoming parcels into designated areas for storage or processing.
• Order Preparation: Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for international delivery, following company standards and customer requirements.
• Inventory Management: Assist with tracking inventory levels, performing regular checks, and updating records.
• Equipment Operation: Use warehouse tools and equipment, such as barcode scanners and pallet jacks, as needed.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and keeping workspaces tidy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role is a plus but not required.

Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking.
