Our customers rely on us to help identify and solve the efficiency and productivity challenges they face.This role will perform various duties pertaining to shipping, receiving, stocking shelves with incoming material, picking orders from stock to fill orders, packaging material and preparing shipments and cycle counting following established practices and procedures.Experience, Education and SkillsHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required.1+ years warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, packing experience is preferred.Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs.Strong communication, organizational, computer, and technical skills.Must have attention to detail.Essential FunctionsReceive incoming material daily and unpack packages, check in material verifying part number and quantity against packing slip and purchase order. Put away material in assigned bin location and assign locations to all materials that do not have a bin location in Tribute.Pick and process pick tickets daily. Sort and organize pick tickets by order type (Customer Orders, Service Orders, and Fabrication Orders). Arrange picking by bin location in order to pick with efficiency. Locate parts required to fill customer's orders and follow requirements stated on orders.Package in a manner that will protect the product from damage in shipment.Build skids or crates for fabricated items if required.Process outgoing shipment daily using the specified carrier software (UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and Bill Star of Lading). Stage shipments in assigned carrier pick-up locations. Perform order shipping OS Â as required.Complete two full cycle counts per year. Run cycle count reports, count and record daily cycle counts. Prove cycle count variances, correct and document changes. Report major discrepancies to management.May operate various material handling equipment such as ladders, hand trucks, carts, and forklift.Load and unload trucks as required. Arrange for delivery of truck shipments. Setup and operate hose assembly equipment and saw.Maintain the warehouse area in a clean and orderly manner.
