Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, and transporting products to appropriate locations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure shipments to and from all facilities are of accurate counts and not damaged. Operate a hand truck and forklift Provide labor support in the production process Load and unload boxes and bags in trailers Ensure all safety policies/procedures are practiced Comply and enforce FIFO/Quality Control practice Ability to move product into proper storage locations Create production/finished goods labels and barcodes Prepare materials for distribution Perform other duties as assigned and required Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with others A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally in environments including production and warehouse Strong planning ability with excellent organizational skills Ability and willingness to work outside of normal hours including evening and weekends Solution-oriented Strong computer skills including G-Suite, and data entry experience preferred Physical Demands: To perform this job an individual must be able to lift up to 60lbs Be on feet for up to 10 hours a day Above average oral and written communication skills Able to work in the environmental elements during all seasons of the year.
