Job DescriptionWarehouse Associate2007 N Main St, Miami, OK 74354OKMIA Public StorePart-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm10 - 28 hours/weekOVERVIEW:Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the ebb and flowof products as they enter and leave the facility and dive into inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Managing and maintaining branch inventoryReceiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventoryMaking local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessaryMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentPerforming other duties as needed to ensure branch successREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:18 years of age or older, due to the nature of workPossess a current full valid driver's licenseProficient written and oral communication skillsProficient computer skillsAbility to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilitiesHighly motivated, self-directed, and customer service orientedDemonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgencyWork independently as well as in a team environmentLift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbsPass the required drug screenPass a sex offender registry check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this locationPREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience receiving, shipping, sorting or managing inventoryTRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:Our mission within Fastenal's School of Business is to collaboratively maximize the potential of each employee by providing efficient, effective, and engaging learning opportunities to drive improved work performance.ABOUT US:Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations.PART-TIME BENEFIT:Fastenal offers a 401(k) with an employer contribution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
