Warehouse Associate - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leading player in the heavy industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Warehouse AssociateLocation: North Chicago, ILPay Range: $22 per hourHours: 6am-2:30pmWhat's the Job?

• Perform warehouse duties such as counting, sorting, and recording large, heavy-weight stock.
• Execute operations on the receiving dock, including picking and packing orders.
• Assist with dock processing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and reliability.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a warehouse setting.
• Exposure to working in a quality and controlled material environment.
• Forklift certification and experience with cherry pickers, order pickers, and turret trucks is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and work in varying temperature conditions.
