Warehouse Associate - Private Listing : Job Details

Wine retailer looking for a full time warehouse associate.THE ROLEProvide exceptional service for both clients and members of staff for all logistics-related activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of wine/liq. orders in compliance with all associated laws and regulations. Help maintain an accurate inventory at all time.RESPONSIBILITIES• Work closely with the sales team to deliver an integrated, consistent, and exceptional client experience.• Maintain accurate inventory by adding/depleting wines in real time.• Communicate well with customers and fellow team members..• Ship in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.IDEAL EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES• College degree (not mandatory) with at least 2-3 years of industry experience• Proactive communicator and solution oriented• Good wine knowledge, understanding of wine labels, and ability to read wine labels correctly.• Comfortable speaking with clients and client facing teams.• Excellent client service skills; ability to remain calm in pressure situations• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge• Ability to work both independently and as a team member to complete the task at hand• Strong organizational skills to set priorities, multitask and meet deadlines• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holiday hours is required• Ability to lift 50lb cases on a regular basis is required.
