Job Summary: Taylor Rental of Manchester is seeking hardworking and reliable Warehouse Associates for the upcoming event season. This is a full-time, seasonal position that plays a critical role in ensuring our rental equipment is prepared, maintained, and ready for events. Responsibilities:

Prepare rental equipment for upcoming orders, including tents, tables, chairs, and other event-related items.

Clean and maintain rental inventory to ensure it meets company standards.

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.

Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and general custodial duties.

Load and unload trucks for deliveries and returns.

Work outdoors and in warehouse environments in varying weather conditions.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Comfortable working in a physically demanding role that requires standing, bending, and lifting.

Ability to work in outdoor and warehouse environments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Forklift certification preferred.

Previous warehouse or event rental experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, seasonal position.

Schedule may include weekends, early mornings, and late evenings as needed.

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
