Company Overview:

We are a growing company specializing in gypsum and lightweight concrete installations, providing high-quality materials and services to the construction industry. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Warehouse Associate/ Logistics Coordinator to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and store. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, bilingual communication skills, and the ability to handle logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and organization.
  • Receive, stock, and track all incoming materials and ensure accurate inventory counts.
  • Coordinate with field crews to ensure timely delivery and pickup of materials.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and stock to ensure everything is in working order.

Logistics Coordination

  • Safely transport materials to job sites using a 1-ton truck and trailer (ability to pull a trailer required).
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of goods between the warehouse, store, and job sites.
  • Manage vehicle and trailer maintenance schedules to ensure they are in safe, operational condition.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure prompt fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storefront for a welcoming customer experience.

Technology & CRM Use

  • Utilize basic computer and phone applications for tracking inventory, managing deliveries, and communicating with clients and team members.
  • Update and manage customer relationships in a CRM system to ensure accurate and timely communication.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Must be able to safely pull a trailer with a 1-ton truck. CDL is a plus.
  • Proficient in basic computer and phone applications for CRM, communication, and logistics.
  • Ability to manage warehouse operations, including organizing and tracking inventory.
  • Comfortable driving, delivering materials, and interacting with customers in warehouse and storefront settings.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clear background checks and drug-.free

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CDL license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in warehouse management or logistics in the construction industry.
  • Previous experience with customer service and inventory management.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturday: As needed, based on demand or delivery schedules.

Overtime: Occasional, depending on workload, deliveries, or urgent job site requirements.
