We are currently looking for a qualified Warehouse Associate for this location. As a leader for our Interstate Battery distributorship, the Warehouse Associate is driven by purpose and results. He or she will act every day to make a positive contribution to the business, the customers, the community, and his or her team.

Responsibilities:

This position will be Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm with a maximum of 30 hours per week. Days and times worked each week can be discussed on a per applicant basis during interview.

  • Maintains Inventory and product flow
  • Load and unload freight trucks, customer vehicles, and company owned trucks
  • Assist customers by phone and in person
  • Preparing orders for delivery
  • Maintain quality of inventory through FIFO processes
  • Rotate and re-charge product as necessary
  • Lead weekly inventory counts
  • Operate under all OSHA and safety rules and regulations
  • Operate a forklift safely and maintain current certification
