Role Overview: As a Stacker, your primary responsibility will be to load and organize packages into trucks for delivery. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently stack and load packages into trucks according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure that packages are stacked securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the loading area.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with packages or loading equipment to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and professional environment
- Comfortable working environment with regular exposure to temperature extremes and moving machinery
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and consistently lift 15 up to 40 pounds
