JOB SUMMARYWarehouse VAD Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties, such as pulling, counting, detrashing parts, organizing parts for production, and execution of work orders.Hourly rate: $_17.00____ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.Ability to organize and prioritize work orders.Ability to count or detrash parts to fulfil work orders.Ability to work on special management projects.Ability to handle pressure and meet time deadlines.Pulling product for work orders.Cleanup and put away of product used to fill work orders.Ability to work well with others.Perform daily functions (kit, pull, pack, ship) when necessary to make sure daily goals are met.Work in a manner that promotes efficient handling and minimizes waste.Comply with all Company Policies as defined in the Company's Warehouse Orientation Packet (Heilind/DB Roberts)Pursue continuous improvement through training and process improvement.Comply with all applicable elements of the Company's Quality Management System.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (ICC Only). Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or calculator. Positions in this classification bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work.
