Thats how well build our future.About the RoleAs a Wire Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and measuring wire and/or cable and ensuring great quality.What Youll Do:Identify different wire types to fulfill customer orders correctly.Spool different wire sizes onto reels using wire cutting machinery.Correctly select, measure, and cut wire to customer specifications.Maintain all equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.Operate equipment safely and efficiently, while complying with OSHA and company standards.Assist in inventory accuracy and cycle counts.Ensure proper stock rotation.Perform aisle assessments and assignments.Other warehouse duties as assigned.Who We Are Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalentAt least one year of warehouse experience (picking/packing)Experience with wire cutting preferred.Experience with managing inventoryMust be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and write legibly.Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.Ability to follow directions to ensure safety guidelines are met.Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.Ability to be flexible.What We Offer:The Union offers a competitive benefits package.
