Warehouse ALDI Case Pick Lead - $23.00/hour 1.50 shift premium 2nd shift - 1:30pm-10:00 pm Monday- Friday Wis-Pak Inc., a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Klarbrunn, Bubbl'r and other leading beverages, is currently accepting applications for multiple full-time General Equipment Operators at its Watertown, WI facility. Hours are 1:30 pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday. Shift Premium is an additional $1.50/hour. JOB SUMMARY Assist management in coordinating the efforts of people and equipment to efficiently and cost effectively accomplish the tasks, responsibilities, and goals of the department, plant and company. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to perform all warehouse jobs. • Knowledge of basic warehouse operations. • Working knowledge of JDE 9.1. • Must be able to perform the shipping coordinator position. • Forklift experience and certification required. • Ability to train and guide warehouse personnel. • Ensure that warehouse employees under your supervision and are properly trained. • Ensure all work is completed on time and safely, as directed by management. • Monitor and analyze performance of warehouse employees under your supervision • Ensure quality performance and standards are met. • Ensure safety of personnel and raw materials. • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, including performing physical inventories as needed. • Ensure warehouse is maintained in a clean and safe manner per management direction and all plant and food safety, FSMA (HACCP & HARPC), GMP, & sanitation regulations. • Computer skills required for data entry as needed. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors/Warehouse Manager. • May be required to attend and successfully complete off-site supervisory training. QUALIFICATIONS • Good verbal communication skills are required. • Leadership and organization skills required. • Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 40 lbs. occasionally. • Frequently climb stairs, reach above shoulders, bend and twist at waist. • Stand/walk or sit for extended periods of time. • Be able and available to work overtime as needed (up to 60 hours/week).
