Warehouse CDL Truck DriverThis role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business helping our network of local cooperatives, independent dealers and other large retailers serve producers, and animal owners throughout the United States. Through industry -leading R&D and committed partnerships, we innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.Location: Chilton, WIPay: $29.54Shift: M-F, 7:00am - 3:00pm(Overtime as needed)As a Warehouse CDL Truck Driver, you will be a valued team member who will perform tasks essential to our Warehouse and Plant operations including:* Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries.* Shuttle materials to the plant or warehouse.* Maintain CDL and DOT requirements.* Accurately stage and load materials.* Operate a forklift and other necessary equipment.* Organize storage areas, perform cycle counts.* Maintain a safe, clean work area.* Receive product/inventory from various locations and move to specific storage areas.* Verify count and process all documentation necessary to support inventory transactions.* Perform SSOP duties as designated for the assigned job.Required Qualifications:* Class A CDL required.* Basic computer skills.Minimum Qualifications:* Age: 18 years or older* Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.* Time Management: Showing up on time, reliably completing tasks by the deadline, and adapting to changes in deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision* Comprehension: Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.* Safety: Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and one's co-workers at all times without exception* Coordination: Working well with others to meet team goals and adjusting to important changesAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
